Just a good place, basic stuff but okay. I especially liked the swimming pool. (When I was here it was very quiet in Bali, so we had a pool party with just two of us.)

Why 1 star less? Because the women(s) at the reception couldn’t speak english. Normally I don’t care, but it is a very big international hostel...

Me and my friends were booked 3 bedroom private villa to enjoy our New Year Eve. My friend did all accomodation booking through the Agoda. On picture and description were mention 3 bedroom with pool, private villa. When we were arrived and cheked in, we shocked due to there’s another guest have been stayed in one of 2 bedroom villa and we are together in one area. Pool is NOT PRIVATE but share with the other guest. This was out of our expectation. That is NOT PRIVATE VILLA. We got an explanation by the owner, firstly she is realy not polite but after that calm down. They offered us to use swimming pool in the other area, as well as use a billiard. We don’t want to ruin our new year eve. We just accept their offering. We are NOT USE POOL and BILLIARD at all, because still feel not privacy, those all located in lobby area. Not good solution at all from the villa side, no compensation. DEFINITELY WE ARE DISSAPOINTED! . To all of you who want to book villa in Big Pienapple, makesure you are not reserve the villa that sharing in one area, because the villa in Big pineapple
Is NOT PRIVAT VILLA, that is sharring villa. 3 bed room and 2 bedroom are in one area with only 1 swimming pool to be shared.

Good, clean rooms, great price, Mia the lady owner was really friendly and. But the guy who runs it made us feel a bit un easy. Also his kid was around the pool the whole time we were and kept throwing our things in the pool! It's also a bit out of the way.

Shower was cold no hot water at all. They were doing constuction starting 8am till 7pm. So hopefully you like waking up earlie. Not really close to anything. Not much to do around. Walls are paper thin. Beds not very comfortable. Shower/toilet was outside so a lot of bugs flying around. Staff was polite. Breakfast was ok. Was omlete amd coffee..did not try pool. Looked ok

I never actually stay overnight but I visited a friend who stayed there, it looks nice with a lot of communal spaces and a little pool. Check in and out is easy and quick. It's a bit far from the town and quite far from the beach though, you have to walk across two main busy streets.

I showed up at 7 p.m and no one was at the hostel. It was pitch black and I luckily found some of the other people staying in the hostel next door in the pool. The whole place is under construction and really should not be open currently. I woke up to the sound of hammering... Once it is finished it should be a nice hostel, but for now I would suggest staying elsewhere.

Room 4 has 6 good beds and has a good clean bathroom outside the room. The hostel is clean, staf is friendly and they serve nice breakfast included.
I slept in room 10 before wich has less privacy and is more noisy
