Recently an older gentleman became unconscious in a restaurant only a few minutes walk from this emergency clinic. After rushing in and explaining the situation (in both English and Indonesian), the staff was informed of the circumstances.

After letting them know the situation, I expected them to act with a sense of urgency. Instead, (despite me indicating all signs of emergency) the man from this clinic wandered over at a very slow pace. As if nothing was wrong (he didn't even fast walk).

This trained professional didn't show any urgency in a potential life or death situation.

My hope in writing this review is that in the future, staff will react much quicker because next time,.

I cannot comment on the gentlemen's experience while in the clinic. The other reviews seem very positive and he seemed content when in the clinic.

I visited the Clinic to get stitches after cutting my forehead open on holidays in Sanur. Was seen to straight away without making an appointment and received excellent treatment. The doctor (Dr Catherina) , and nurses were so professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Had an infected food which needed cleaning and antibotics. Super good and attentive doctors and nurses, top hygiene and really good English. Very high standards

Went here at 7pm to get a PCR test for flight requirements and the place is closed. This place is not open 24 hours.

Edit: was able to book PCR test in Andaz hotel and they used this clinic. Only Rp 100.000 extra for their transport fee. Test was done quickly and smoothly.

I had an amazing experience there. They gave me such a good care and compassion l. The place is comfortable. The staff is really helpful especially the front lady name Ayu. She talk professionally and they all have a well manner. The doctor is truly helpful and gave me a understandable explanation. The price I spend is worth to the service they gave me. Totally recommended health facilities if you get balibelly. Right after the IV treatment I became better again. They gave me medical report for reimbursement to my insurance

To witness "a walking hospital", where they could almost do/give every medical treatments and medicines that I needed to treat my Bali Belly symptoms in my hotel room was such an amazing experience which I have never seen in Australia. Never would have expected such excellence and fluent english coming out from the doctor and nurse who treated me that time, an appropriate cost for such a well delivered service, which I could reimburse wholly from my travel insurance anyway. Highly recommended private medical service for foreign travelers in Sanur, Bali.
