We have stayed in Sanur many times over the years, but it’s our first time at the Akaya. We are here for 8 days, and from the moment we first walked through the resort, bring welcomed by the lovely staff, we knew we found the perfect place for us. Not many rooms, all surrounding the pool. The rooms, although on the small side, are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained with lovely white decor. The bathroom is also very clean with top quality toiletries. The shower pressure was strong and water was easy to adjust to hot or cool. We like being a few steps away from the pool and the nice cane table and chair right outside our room was comfortable and nice. The pool was just the right temperature, not too hot and not too cold. We had breakfast included in our stay and we are so glad we did! Delicious, generous serves and quite a nice selection…granola, omelettes, pancakes, waffles…and the coffee is great too. The hotel is in a great location about mid way along the main shopping/restaurant area of Sanur and the beach is a short walk going through alley ways across the road. The staff at Akaya were always smiling, happy to help with any question or request. This hotel is more suited to couples who appreciate quietness, it’s not a loud party hotel. We are loving our stay at Akaya!

Simply amazing! The pool is the best I've swam in so far since I've been in Bali (2 weeks+). Water is clean and pleasantly warm. The feel of the whole property is unique! For those who know what I mean, you forget you're in Bali here!

Staff prompt, helpful and friendly. Pool small but does the job. Rooms are clean modern just on the small size. Location is good however noisy at night can hear the scooters and bars playing music till late :/
Cafe is delicious doesn’t show on menu but did gluten free pancakes and waffles !! :)
Would recommend.

Beautiful swimming pool, clean rooms, best breakfast we had in Bali with quality food and drinks.
But most of all, everybody met there was so special. We had a car battery issue and all the staff was so helpful and friendly, they made our stay great anyway.... Will rememeber them for sure !

This place was amazing. We stayed 3 weeks in Bali at many differents places we stayed at like 6 or 7 differents hotels and this place had the cleanest and the best service we had. Rooms are so clean you would pay 200 US/per night in the USA for that kind of room. They made up our room every morning without asking. They answered to our request in 5 minutes. We took the included breakfast for 70000 IRD for 2 persons and it was really worth it! They have a cafe in the front that does many different foods and it was very pratical for our 5 nights stay. I dont regret spending my last days in bali there. Thank you!!

Nice hotel, very nice pool, everything was very clean, and in the middle of an area with many good restaurants. Wifi works good and the place was quiet.
I liked it a lot.

Lovely rooms, very clean with comfortable beds. The rooms are set in a peaceful courtyard with a large pool. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a dive shop onsite so you can book your diving right there! Cafe Akaya, also onsite, sells wonderful food at very reasonable prices.
