Very bad service and very bad attitude of the staff. There is 01 guy he said his real name is toha. Very RUDE !! How can this big company still keep him as the staff. He answer me that he supposed not to answer to the CLIENT !! I just want to pick up the service items in there but the problem is between my working hours and them. I said i don't have time to pick up in the working hours as i am working. He said canmot keep at customer service at store. He said he has many customer as i mentioned busy.is that correct the staff answering the custumer like that ? Please the managwment to filter this guy and put him on black list.

Interesting hardware store. Has many items that are just not available elsewhere. Off road parking is available. No escalator but there is a lift.

The nearest Ace Hardware store in the middle of Denpasar area, their goods are not too different compared to their other branches. But seriously their parking lot needs fixing, there are a few big holes there and they don't seem to care.

lots of people there to help..no one has anything to do.prices are high. range is small.personnel is annoying.they watch where you are going.you don't feel free to shop.better go to the corner shop.so no repeat

They have lot of good stuff. I came here for buying a promo sofa, but the sofa were sold out already. The manager is very helpful and attentive. He still remember to give me the information 2 weeks later via whatsapp when the sofa is back in stock.

Great place for homeware and household furniture.
A lot of products are imported so the selection available is great.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Parking space available in front of the property.
Would I come back again?
