I routinely go here to donate blood every 3 months. Everytime, their registration and administration process are always so quick and swift.

They provide some PCs to fill the form. Its place is comfortable enough and they also have a canteen and prayer's room.

I would say this place make a lot of improvement since 2017

Until 2018, it used fifth floor as the room and the place was quite uncomfortable even the lift had bad smell

Since it moved to first floor, they made it a lot better. more space, more clean

The food served after donor also improve. At first you only get a bag of instant noodle, a cracker and a juice or milk. Now, sometimes they serve hot meal which is good

Still, the data only integrated along Jakarta Blood Donor not national wide

The most advanced blood donor center in Indonesia. It's open 24/7, fully air-conditioned, and has spacious waiting lounge. However, i think the use of IT system has to be improved. They implement such a waiting system but it is only be used in the first process (waiting for the pre medical check). The next process is still conventional. I hope PMI will improve it to make it more convenient. Good job!

Today visit.. still good services.
But mosquitoes in canteen.. already informed house keeping on duty, hope will improved

Very crowded in times like these due to high supply and demands but very fast and efficient service and operations. Place is open for 24 hours so please go donate when you can, you'll donation will save many lives.

from July 2022 if you want to donor, you can use jakblood application, so you can register from your home before you arrive in here.
