i come to this place for training from the office, so i dunno about the quality of the rooms.

the service are okayish, on the receptionist, most of employee not gonna greet you till you ask for informations.

the food are tasty for my taste and the place are small, easy to access from the road.

good hotel for leisure, near train station, bus way transportation, atrium plaza mall, Senen market, food culinary, you just need to park your car at the hotel, then walk 5 - 10 minutes to reach all of those

All services were great, check in process was smooth and easy, supportive staffs and also got the welcome fruit from the hotel. However, the wifi service wasn’t good. Got disconnected easily.

The rooms are comfy and clean. The restaurant staffs are friendly and super helpful (one of the waiter was also super cute ????). The chief, however wasn’t very friendly when I asked about the food he made

It took me more than 30mnts to get my room sprayed with air freshner. The bed sheet was dirty. Is this really ibis red?

good price, excellent staff the problem i didn't like the smell of carpet in corridors and elevator. it was bad aromatic. wish you change it. one of elevator need to check very well because i was locked in it.
