With entry price of only 5000 rupiah, this is one of my most recommended visit trips in Jakarta. I feel bad that I haven't been here before. The statues are excellent, the story behind it, PRICELESS. I think your experience is best when you have a guide telling you the history, though.

A nice and chill cemetery. Do not expect this will be like a well-explained museum, but if you’re looking for a chill ambience to sit for hours, this is it! You will be welcomed by a lot of cute and friendly cats. So make sure to bring some dry food for them????

This museum was originally a cemetery for noble Dutch and Englishmen. Also, you can find the grave of Soe Hok Gie, a famous Indonesian activist from the 60s here.

this place is actually really nice, it looks clean too (the dry leaves are regularly swept). the entrance fee is affordable (IDR 5k or 10k only, sorry i forgot)

sadly there is not much information about the place on the inside. i believe it has great stories and historical value, but without any information it just becomes an "aesthetic" place for photos. there's an information board on the outside but it's not convenient to go in and out just to know the info. they provide tour guides but there were only one and he's occupied so we can't join a tour. they provide a brochure in the entrance but again, no information. just pictures and a map. ????

i didn't take much pics on my phone because i was using my analog camera, sorry i can't provide much pics.

I really love this museum! The local guide there is very nice and told me a lot about the historical of this building! Also there's much of unique collections that I've never seen before. Very recommended!

A nice cemetery to visit, there are many statue collections. The most famous things here are funeral coach, Mgr. Jacobus Staal Incription, Johan Jacob Perrie Tower, Crying Lady Statue and Soe Hok Gie gravestone
