During the peak of covid in 2021 they were not following sterile covid protocols, so I opted out of the semi-private 3-session classes at Neoshoho branch, I used to sign up for.
I had not visited or signed up for any sessions with them ever since (June2021). To my surprise in December 2021, without any prior notice, information or update from Rockstar — I was charged for a premium membership for Plaza Indonesia branch (that I had NEVER requested or signed up for — I didn't even know that Plaza Indonesia had re-opened).
Once I dug deeper into this issue — I realised I was corresponding with the manager at the plaza Indonesia branch coincidentally the same person whom I used to coordinate my semi-private-classes teacher with?!
Without any proof of any membership form signed by me, they continued to charge my credit card from December 2021 to March 2022.
Misusing using a parent's credentials for monetary gains is absolutely unacceptable.
So for all moms and dad's wanting to start a membership — please be very very cautious about giving your billing details or credit card information to their accounts team — they are a 100% capable of taking undue advantage and billing you for maintenance free and premium memberships to make easy money.
