Too often in recent times I visited my favourite Ismaya brand outlets and walked away disappointed (and honestly confused). My guess is that the pandemic had been super tough on them, what with having so many if not all outlets in mega malls where rent alone is expensive. Add to that the other overheads like staff salaries, inflation etc.. Which meant a noticeable drop in their food quality, portion u0026 customer service (not a fan of ordering thru scanning barcode.. Miss the good old days where you can speak to a live person and chat).

Thankfully, Pizza E Birra at Plaza Indonesia was amazing yesterday. Caught up with some work people over lunch and the food was great. El Diablo u0026 Honey Mustard bucket wings were so so so good, still piping hot when they reached our table and that made my day! Pizzas were ok too but the wings were the star. Will be back soon and thank you to this outlet for restoring bit of my faith in Ismaya ????????????❤️ hopefully by then we could have proper service!

Nice place to hangout. One among the few restaurant that has indoor smoking area in Plaza Indonesia. The burger was good. The patty was juicy and tasty. The coffe was okay. Has a wide selections of alcoholic beverages. The prices are quite high though, but usually they will have various discounts and promotions

A good place to dine and unwind here at Plaza Indonesia. Good staff, good food and a glimpse of good view of Jakarta from the restaurant.

This outlet beats other e birra outlets that I’ve eaten in, location wise. Eventho it’s a bit small, we got the seat on the big window with the view of Jl. Thamrin. I imagine it’s quite chill too for dinner. Their service is good, and we loved our food (baked rigatoni, pesto pizza, u0026 onion rings????????).

A very nice place to hang, and good deal for weekday lunch menu starting from 45k! Good pizza and pasta, as expected from Ismaya quality. Beer list is also extensive. The only downside is the high price. However, they usually have a lot of discounts going on.

I love this restaurant! Delicious pizza and pasta! The ambience is great, and they usually have some promotion. The service is excellent. Every weekend they provide a live music too, what a great restaurant!

I guess you can never go wrong with whatever pizza you choose as long as you choose the toppings you desire. I had Callebrese, the thin crust pizza eith salami, ollive, mushroom, etc. and it's fantastic. The hot mama's spaghetti is as spicy as promised and really good. Start with one of the appetizers, the honey mustard chicken wing is sweet and savory at the same time. Yummy. The music us rather loud, nd almost always crowded. There's a bar and as the name suggests, you can beer the night away, at least until the mall closes. My ginger beer is refreshing.
