Please note that this review is based on my own experience. I rent room 301 for 3 days and 2 nights

Pro's: Cheap (duh), strategically located, easy access, the staff will ask you daily whether you want your room to be cleaned or not

Con's: The toilet is awful, smells bad, dirty, and the water tastes gross. There's also a lot of mosquitos flying around. There's only one electric socket and placed poorly and looks so dangerous.

Again, what do you expect from a budget hotel?

Maybe the first budget hotel i've ever visited that pleased my mind. The receptionist is very helpful. The room service is also good. Some said there are mosquitoes, yes there are, but why they didnt bite me. Good shower and air conditioning condition. Maybe the hotel is older than me, but it is in good condition. Would spend my night here on another chances.

The hotel looks old, but I'm ok with that. However, whole place is not will maintained; water leaks/dripping in the lobby! Unpleasantly humid, hot in the lobby, water tap in the room is leaking, no wifi access in all rooms! Lots of mosquitoes in entire place… not worth it!

Suitable for shoppers...within walking distance to Pasar Tanah Abang, basic hotel with Nasi Padang Outlet, need not to worry to find a quite clean food stall.
