Went after lunch when it's not as busy! The coffee here is always great -- I usually buy flat white, and they understand how to make it! Also have options for non-dairy like soy and oat milk.

The food and coffee here reminds me of Melbourne, and definitely recommend having a catch up or hangouts here.

Saturday night quality time with wife, just two of us. Ordered semi light meal and tried non coffe ( mixed berry yogurt and banana
blue).
Always first choice among new coffe shop in the area. Although the crowd is not usual as covid still around, but good service as usual

Although Located in Plaza Senayan parking building but the ambience truly amazing, Popular and good spot to chill with friends, not too crowded when we were here on monday brunch, good variety of breakfast menus, expensive? Yess. Artistic latte art, staffs were helpful and friendly.

Haven't been here for ages. The original and still one of the good one in south Jakarta.
The menu definitely have undergo a major change but the coffee/ non coffee menu still remain the same.

My long-awaited return to Monolog, after approximately 3 - 4 years so double the pandemic ???? too busy and many other cafes competing for my attention.

Glad I finally visited and even happier to see they are doing very well indeed. Lunch hour was packed from even 11, and I guess also breakfast crowd as some guests were still in their cycling gear. Ordered the Reuben sandwich which was amazing. The sauerkraut inside really hit the right spot with the tangy flavor. Pastrami was good but I talked too much so it got a bit dried. French fries was yummy and crispy, spicy mayo gooooddddd. Had iced orange caramel latter just to be different and it was ok, not super mind blowing but good to try. My lunch partner ordered the pad thai with red juice and both went down well too. Be back soon!

The coffee was good, extra tax and service for final price, good place for meeting and meet up

Sad and disappointed with the service and food quality - obviously deteriorating. Came for the shakshuka and coffee, but it took way too long for the food to come. Almost an hour of waiting! Saw the tables next to me get their eggs benedicts and whatnot but my little tomato shakshuka took far too long. Had to ask the waiter at least 4 times.

When the food came the quality is also not as I remembered it. The tomato itself was lukewarm, whereas the pan was sizzling hot. Seemed very very underseasoned since it was so so bland. Last I had it it was decent but now it was really not worth the price at all.

Anecdote but the eggs benedicts also seemed to look a lot smaller than I remember... Cost cutting? Still so fkn pricey tho! Management pls be mindful that there's a billion breakfast places opening up now.

Anyway, Monolog disappointed me this time. Don't think I'll come back given there's so many more options now around the area. Tbh the only advantage they have is that they're in Plaza Senayan but with the quality and service this meh, not even worth it.
