I've been here several times to do a regular check up. The place is very clean and the service is also great. They will perform inital check up before you have a consultation with the doctor itself. Please note that the place is very crowded especially during the weekend. For those of you who wants to avoid the crowd I suggest to visit this place during the weekdays.

checked my eyes weeks ago, because it got redden and irrirated hiks

before went here, i tried to call through the its official number but always ended up busy :(

the hospital is quite small according to me since it located in strategic place particularly at menteng, hence, it would bring much patients. the hospitality as well as the doctor treatment is quite good.

but the administration was still oldies. they used offline registration with filling the data using paper and pen and put all the patient data through "map bening". hopefully they will integrate it online in order to create easiness and more practical. the check flow for patient is not really obvious, so you have to ask first to the petugas.

since the hospital is small, the parking space is limited as well. probably they could do renovation or move to the other place which has spacious area for hospital. but overall they are good????

The building is so small, poor ventilation (why?) and the queue is so terribly long. Why allow the booking of so many patients to be seen by doctors resulting in doctors rushing through patients and not sufficient time to see them? Why squeeze so many patients into schedule resulting in impossible patient care and delays of 2-3 hrs. I waited 2.5 hrs just to see the doctor? Is this fair to the patient? Do you care about your patients? So cramped and during covid cases increase period now. As a hospital there is no “jaga Jarak” no “social distancing”. The hospital is setting a bad example for national health and safety. Reduce the patient load for doctors, make the q shorter and care about patients please , you are a hospital. It’s not all about money only. Already the charges are higher overseas countries. To be fair, the facility at your kedoya branch is better and also better service. The poor nurses and staff here are so busy they are stressed and frustrated too. This also affects their mood and service level, cannot blame them as they are swarmed by management.

Worst ever eye center in Jakarta, i'm checked at 11 July and back again as schedule 25 July with the same doctor but the doctor is not available because we need to book again ( the doctor say itself back again at 25 July but is full lol ? ) , call the call center they say go to JEC Menteng because the Doctor is available at 26 July and they already booked for us with the number of queue, going to JEC menteng and the doctor is not available again and we need to registration at beginning OMEGALULW, the funny things is they have whatsapp with the robot system while they tell the doctor is not available from sending a message to your phone ????????????. bad management and services not recommended !!!

I trusted my daughter's eye care at this hospital since she was just 1yo, and now she is 14. the service was amazing, friendly nurse, very talented doctor, clean hospital, the area well organized, fast administrations And So far I'm very satisfied with everything. Keep up the good work :). say hello to dr. darmayanti, dr. pandji and also nurse dessy, see you in October.

This clinic is superb. The staffs are very helpful and proactive. The queue is not very long and the queuing system is very good. The facilities are the best. They also have a praying room and a café on the ground floor. This is my first time visiting the clinic and my experience was very satisfied.
