Around 11am, I called them but no answer. Got WhatsApp number, 1pm messaged them for fear lunch/rest time. Got automatic response asking me to write my name and the question. I asked 'can I come directly or should I make appointment?' No response. At 2.30pm, I went there. Queued. Got called and was told today was full and they couldn't accept me.
I didn't want to go home after coming so far. I saw the optics service. Why not checked my eyes?
I wanted to check my eyes in the optical service but the staff didnt give clear explanation that it'd be impossible since the queue was full with clinic's patients. She said, 'Yes, you can go to check your eyes if the clinic's free of patients'. Stupid of me that i believed her words and sat to wait for my turn to check in the optics service. They didn't give me queu number for optic too and just ignore me waiting for the service I wouldn't get because the clinic's patients would get it first.
I was riding fo a while in hot weather, was told all that.
Waste my money, my time and my patience.
I'm telling the truth. There's the message in my WhatsApp they didn't bother to read and reply.
If jec, have limit to take patients, pls make pinned messages in the WhatsApp that you would only respond before 11am or that the queue for patients has reached and will not accept anymore.
