The lobby has that weird smell. The breakfast menus are not very variative and empty plates were left at the table until we actually leave. We went to the restaurants to get some lunch which took FOREVER to serve and the food didn't taste very good. However big rooms, very spacious (we ordered family room, there's dining table, patio and even sofas!) The housekeeping didn't clean our room really well, they left some dirty dishes (which we borrowed from restaurant anyway) and tissue box in the bathroom where it should be at the coffee table. Overall, a good place to stay if you only look for some place to sleep while in town, but not for staycation.

Great service. Keep up the good work!

The receptionists are so kind and helpful. After 2hours check in, they check up on us. They asked how was the room. Was there anything they could do.. when we said everything is good, its just the floor are abit dusty. They directly send us a room boy to clean the room and after that they gave us cheese cake as a complimentary..

The breakfast is various and taste good.

This hotel applied syariah. It's good. So you must married couple if want to stay together
