The hospital is very clean and spacious, so no worry of getting in crowded spots with other people. My parent received good care here. Covid testing also gives out quick result.

There's a garden in the middle of the hospital, in front of the central pharmacy unit, that's vey spacious and relaxing. Good for refreshing if you're caring for an inpatient, or if you're an inpatient yourself. The canteen offers good food for cheap price.

So far so good. Staff were polite and informative. After Eid the polyclinic registration would be from 7am to 11am but cut short to 9.30 during Ramadhan month.

I think a better registration booth and management is needed for this hospital. Coz that was a very seriously lacked in many ways. Like, how each part, not exactly standby by 2 staffs. But the other parts of this hospital is actually pretty awesome, quiet many choices to eat, many doctors on standby. Oh the pharmacy also kinda slow, so Registration and Pharmacy are in need of upgrades like 50 - 70% efficiency faster than current phase.

So unprofessional nurse, especially in ER.
In the midnight, they won't give you a hand even you already asked for it. Once they helped, but they left before the work is done. The worst nurse that I have met in life. Very poor service ????

Good hospital with quite enough surgery equipment. Parking maximum time is until 22:00 wib.

First time visit this hospital. Mixture Old n new buildings, nice nurse. Good services. Thumb up for presidential hospital

A very big hospital with affordable medical fee. The service is excellent. The place for presidential doctors and presidential medical care.
