Kinda disappointed with this place. Nice ambience and kind serving lady however the nacho was a big let down. It’s either microwave or oven heated. Promotion drinks were very limited and the staff wasn’t sure and have to keep checking. They do have live band. Washroom is kinda not up to modern standard and being in such a fancy hotel. More of 1 stars than 2. Saving grace was the kind serving lady.

Refined and welcoming pub restaurant located in the basement of the Shangri-La hotel. Very kind and attentive staff, fast and professional service. Alcohol prices are quite high but on the other hand we are in a 5-star hotel in a Muslim country.

Its nice to have a dinner in here. The food is ok, the live music is ok too. The place is so comfortable, and clean plus the waiters are so kind.

I am from Turki.Since 6 years i visit always BATS BAR i can say just the best place for eat drink live music is really the best..About Bartender Toufik i will tell also something because of my business i visit many countrys .But Toufik is the best Bartender that i ever seen.

While I write this review I stay at Shangrila so I visited this Bar which is at the basement of the hotel.

Seductive bar with Live band, great music, live and DJ, cool and attentive staff, wide range of drinks, nice ambience with a classic prohibition-era feel, made of wood, steel and bricks, beautiful unpretentious crowd, relaxed but trendy and sexy dress code.

Ideal place for a lonely man seeking for a hangout where he won’t find any difficulty to mingle and have a chat with other nice and pretty patrons.
