Stayed for more than 2 months in this hotel on my business trip. Very friendly, good and accommodating staff. Location wise, the best location since it is in central Jakarta. Very minimum option for food in the hotel but plenty of options available near by and they also added new menu towards the end of my stay.

Highly recommended for business trips and solo traveler’s.

Baby roaches crawling in my room every single day after staying here for 4 nights. The staff though does a good job cleaning my room daily. The roaches are more of the management's job in having pesticides in the building.

The breakfast options are decent but do not expect plenty of options. The sky restaurant though is well kept and has a great view of the city.

Facilities are also new and well kept.

The area around it doesn't have a perfect state but it has a mix of the real local cuture of the city not hidden by the glitter of a CBD if you stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. I like that you will still have access to street food and local food around the hotel.

The nearby train station helps everyone to go around in an easier manner.

Beautiful and very clean Hotel with very friendly staff. Hotel is located very strategic in the city center of Jakarta, next to the MRT and the Airport Train. Nearby are many shopping facilities. The best is the rooftop restaurant with an astonishing view around Jakarta.

A very nice 3 star hotel, almost 4 star. Strategic location on the city center Bundaran HI. If you want to have nice view of Jakarta skyscrapper, book a junior suite room on higher floor. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The breakfast is average, some has no good taste, even salty. But the restaurant has a very nive view, located on rooftop of the hotel. The shower smells bad when first opening the water.

Recommended for family, young traveller, or transit.

Avoid at all cost.
Booked for 4 nights, ended shortening my stay to 1 night! I chose that despite my payment will be refunded in 60 days.

here are the reasons:
- Mosquitos in lobby and in my room
- lights in the room and shower are so dim.
- the AC in my room is not cold
- I can hear the noise of door slammed in the hall way.
- PLUS I can hear neighbouring units every time they flush the toilet.

I am not happy; the least I can do is making sure no one need to suffer like me.

First of all, the location of the hotel is gorgeous.
It's near to all types of public transportation in jakarta and if you like to go to mall, there are two big malls which are in the walking distance.

Apart from that, the service of the staffs are marvelous.
They are attentive and supportive towarda our need, especially the receptionist Irvan/ Irfan who has been supporting me during my stay here.

The Breakfast is also one of the best that i have ever had.
It's a rooftop breakfast with a variety of foods to choose from. It's worth the extra pay.

Last but not least, the room is quite okay. The bed is comfy and some of the room has an extra chair and table so don't forget to request that if you are thinking to have friends or family coming over.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Wulan and Ms. Rosa (pardon if the names were incorrect). They were so helpful during my check-in. So I always request to stay on higher floor , but when booking this hotel I forgot to do so, and yet somehow the front desk office gave me the highest floor (thank you so much). Overall, my stay at this hotel was nice, however during my stay, there was this party which was really loud so I was a little bit disturbed but it was ok.
