Need lots of improvement. The staff number is too low, 1 customer spend around half an hours. So the waiting time was too long. Its better to come at normal working days. In weekend might need to wait for too long. Hopefully their services are great.

There is only 2 customer service staff serving. And then 1 staff still goes out eventhough there’s a long queue going on.. You will need to prepare some time to receive service here. Don’t go here thinking you’ll get fast service eventhough you are just going to pick up the device that’s already been repaired. Overall bad experience

Open Mon - Sat start 09.30 am. You have to pick queue ticket, A for service and B for pick up. On Saturday better if you come before 11.00 since the long queue and ticket only available up to 12.00. CS did their job well,, serve the customer in professional manner even at the lunch hour. But Asus Service Center not provide direct phone number so you have to dial the call center. The CS call center will explain for the repaire status can be checked via web. But after several days the status on web is not updated then you have to come and ask directly to the CS in STC to get detail and updated status.

poor service centre. been confirmed by the technician for the problems, long tiring process (first u003eu003e drop the laptop, second being confirm for the problems, third have yo come back to confirmation about the pricing etc, fourth u003eu003e another confirmation, the info has been told in the second steps) but they never do the service at all. almost 11 months, still no progression. i have to take back my laptop and pay 55k. waste of time and energy

They dont have any customer care and their contact isnt active or hard to contact! Actually they need customer care but maybe they dont want to develop their system. VERY NOT RESPONSIVE! Really hope they have another service center!

I bring my friend laptop Asus A43S (pentium) , i think the problem of the laptop just in the main board. Ive come to harco mangga dua service center before, and the technician say the problem is in the main board.

Then i tried to bring it to stc senayan, he say the problem is in the mainboard, display, power unit. And the cost i must pay is 25% higher than the new one. My friend buy the laptop is 5.500.000 IDR, but i must pay 7.400.000 for the service haha

Not a recommend service center ive ever come
