This gym located on 6nd floor on the mall Senayan City.
All studio and gym area are on the same floor. The staff are very welcome.

Well-equipped, spacious, high ceiling, clean, and friendly staff. Visit outside after hours if you want to avoid crowds.

Solid gym. Friendly staff. English spoken. Everything you need they have - weight and cardio. Some weight machines a little dated, but can't complain. Does the job. Never crazy busy, either. Recommended if you live near by.

Very good gym place. Membership is affordable around IDR 750K per month include access to all class and entry in Downtown club such as Fitness First GI, Pasific Place, Oakwood, Lotte, Celfit PI, FX. Oersonal trainer is provided as additional service. Gym amenities is provided. You only need to bring pair of shoes. High quality equipments, no wonder they charge a lot. Cleanliness is top of the line. Can be very crowded between 7 and 9 pm. Lounge area needs to have more seats added. Yoga room is not soundproof, you can hear the music and thumping from outside. Swimming pool can only accept 4 people per hour, and it's impossible to reserve unless you come in the morning to reserve a slot in the evening.

Good gym. Could use more power lifting space and two more squat racks, but not bad. Clean, good view for cardio, pleasant staff.
