There's no exhaust fan at their lifts - this make the lifts here a very potent infection risk for COVID-19.
Tighten your mask in the lift to ensure that you breathe through it, hopefully that will lower the risk of infection.

The wifi died around noon, and continue to be so until we checked out. Already reported and no solution from the hotel. My work suffered because of this, because my provider's 4G signals was not really good at this place.

(technical details: the wifi was actually fine - but the DHCP server fails to give out IP address)

A lot of rooms here are not disabled-friendly - I arrived here with my right leg in limp condition due to internal injury, then found out that our room is only accessible through a set of stair.

If you're in a disabled condition - make sure to request a room that's directly accessible from the lift.

The staffs are extremely friendly and always tried to be helpful.

The location was good, surrounded by food restos in Taman Kencana, Bogor, made Us easy to hang out and spend the night and day around the place.

We stayed in an upgraded room of 224 with good balcony on 30 July 2022 for a night. Things went smooth until we found the hot water did not work, the internet speed was unstable and the swimming pool was fulfilled by visitors with no swimming wear which made Us lazy to go swimming. Good that the breakfast was acceptable.

At all, need improvement to the management on the human sevice to compliment the strategic location of the hotel.

Awesome heritage hotel. Ellegant and classic design. Large space with lots of facilities. Serene and cozy neighborhood. Easily accessed and lots of restaurants and public parks around. Facilities are good and well maintained. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good. We have great experience staying in here. Very recommended while staying in Bogor.

Room clean and tidy. i just don't like parking because in the front of hotel and on the weekend is quite hetic so lil'bit hard to get out my car

And going back for the atmosphere for sure .
