My 2 guests were staying here one night before doing some activities in Bogor, a Volcano hike and jungle trekking adventure.
They said the hotel was great and comfortable for stay.

I gotta say that it's a bit disappointing to have the air-conditioner was leaking on the day you had a meeting there and it was right above one of the door. The technicians came late and it was quite distracting to have him working on it, so we didn't have a choice but to turn it off. Luckily the staff remembered to do it at lunchtime, when the meeting's participants were off at the restaurant. And it worked well.

The Pakuan meeting rooms were narrow and were unfortunately located right besides the kitchen, where it has a running machinery with such disturbing loud noise. Some of the meeting's participants, who were near the door, heard it. The door couldn't close well so it couldn't be helped. The sales told me that the machinary must keep running for the restaurant, so we gotta go on with it.

The toilets near the kitchen and the Pakuan meeting room have ambiguous sign pictures on the doors. It took me two seconds to differentiate which one is for the gents and which one is for the ladies.
The bathrooms in the bedrooms don't have a hair dryer unfortunately.

But I like the food. The dessert was good and colourful, really raised my appetite.

Other than that it was all hotel standard and it was acceptable, to say the least.

Great experience, thank you for services. Room are big, our children happy they can playing around.

Next time will be in my top list when back to Bogor again.

idk how long the hotel has established but there's more to improve like the water heater were not even in all room some has hotter the other colder, and they had balcony but no way to sit outside so might want to consider adding seat or smth

Good but staff need to improve..my room without towel so i call the recepsionis but the come too long..

Room is great, bed is comfy, breakfast was great especially on our third day. The only con is since our room was facing directly towards the street, the sound of traffic is really loud so it's hard to get sleep on the first night.

This hotel needs to improve cleanliness and tidiness. Beds with sheets, pillows and bedcovers that are tattered like they have been used or have not been replaced. The front office staff also only promised to convey to the relevant department without any follow-up. Old stains were left on the sofa, headbed and in every corner of the floor. It is a pity that a hairdryer is not provided. The lunch menu on the first day was disappointing.
