Bad service, if you want to here, think twice times. You will there 2 hours more to waited your name called by the nurse.

My advise is do not use BPJS, Because that will extend your queue number.

Really slow process in administration, even though we were at the emergency department. It took 1 hour just get us a doctor at emergency department !! Bad service slow treatment. I dont recommend it

The facilities are decent but the administration is horrible. You have to wait for more than 3 hours to get called up. Absolutely horrendous that this kind of place doesn't really respect your time.

went to this place after many years ago.very crowded.with basement limited parking space.they try to be proffesional but the doctor was so late.
