Even the doctor did not examine me at all, came out of the room immediately angry with me. Told me to do PCR even though I only had typhus, not covid, I wasn't diagnosed but was given medicine. I was confused until the doctor left the room and immediately went to me who was in the waiting room and immediately got angry because there were other patients who came to the doctor and went straight into the room without telling me anything. Yes, leaving the room just to grumble. It is natural for me to be scolded if I ask for a referral with an unclear illness or if I seek treatment, just ask for a doctor's letter. I just wanted a sick consultation, I got scolded instead. Indeed, I only use BPJS, but I pay the BPJS every month and never be late to pay. I am very sorry that I came here, I wanted to get physical treatment, which hit me mentally because of the doctor.

Dokternya galak bgt, padahal saya sakit ga minta surat dokter, ga minta rujukan, dan ga minta yang lainnya. Saya hanya ada keluhan seperti tipes, saya sudah menjelaskan dari awal karna emang saya suka lembur kerja dijakarta, berangkat subuh pulang malem naik kereta ditambah makan yg sembarangan, sakit saya sudah menunjukan seperti tipes. Bahkan dokternya tidak memeriksa saya sama sekali, keluar ruangan langsung marah2in saya. Menyuruh saya untuk pcr padahal saya hanya tipes bukan covid, saya tidak didiagnosa apa2 tapi diberi obat. Saya sampe bingung dokternya keluar ruangan dan langsung kesaya yang berada diruang tunggu langsung marah2 trus karna ada pasien lain yang dateng dokternya langsung masuk ruangan tnpa ngasih tau apa2 kesaya. Ya keluar ruangan cuma untuk ngomel2 aja. Saya wajar dimarahin jika saya minta rujukan dgn sakit yg belum jelas atau jika saya berobat untuk minta surat dokter saja itu wajar. Ini saya cuma mau konsultasi sakit saya saja malah dimarah2in. Emang saya cuma pake bpjs tpikan saya bayar bpjs nya setiap bulan dan tidak pernah telat bayar. Menyesal sekali berobat kesini, mau berobat fisik yang kena mental saya karna dokternya.
