Hotel Grand Savero

I was stay in the hotel during the weekend, it's full, so I recommend you to book it a few days before. I was walk in and ask for the room directly, that's why I only got the room with twin bed.

Their room is not too spacious, but clean and have space for shalat. Their bathroom also clean with complete amenities and even though the hotel is full, their hot water on high floor during 7-10 AM has no problem at all.

Their staff is polite and have a good responses for additional request, such as towel.

When I had breakfast in the morning, I'm quite surprised because their menu is varied from stall (drink, porridge, yellow rice, jamu) and buffet (salad, dessert, egg station, main dishes) is hot and always fill with the right amount. Their staff is also give the best service, the chef going around and check it from time to time - even 15 minutes before the buffet closing.

I will definetely stay in this hotel if I revisit Bogor.

The room and the cleanliness is good. We had 2 rooms with connecting doors and balcony, very nice.
The location is very good.
The service was also good, they even provided Jumat prayer in one of the meeting room.
The breakfast is good with many kinds of food.

The restaurant has limited food to serve but each of them are amazing !! The best good I have tasted in this restaurant is the Tenderloin Steak because it has an exelent taste. The service is also very kind and polite.

We organized a two days meeting in this Hotel. A fullboard residential meeting set. The room space is fit enough. However there was an experience where the staff claimed already clean the room , but actually not yet. Even the trash not picked up yet. Despites of that, the customer services officer is excellent, she handled the problem nicely and made the customer satisfied. The food are ok. The clean and neat are ok. But the indoor swimming pool in 2nd floor is not comfortable, because the pool is near to coffee shop, and people there will watch everyone who swim. The meeting room is ok. But they need to evaluate the coordination system. Because, when our meeting already set up for next day, somehow, the next day staff rearranged the sound system and it caused trouble for delay of the meeting. Because the meeting was hybrid (online and offline).

Staying at grand savero made my staycation happier and more comfy. Very close to kebun Raya Bogor and culinary spots. Thank you grand savero.

Rooms too classic for modern time. The internet and cell signal is awful (maybe because the building wall too thick, but please add some access points for the WiFi). Parking is short

Location is perfect for you to explore Bogor, exactly in front the infamous Kebun Raya

A hotel near bogor botanical garden. I ordered a room with bathtub. The room was huge and spacious. There was living room with a toilet and the bedroom with another bathroom with bathtub.
The room was clean. But the bathtub seems undermaintenanced.
Hope they will fix it and improve.
