This is my family's favorite AYCE restaurant since long ago. Excellent service, good hygiene standard, various food and drink choice, yummy taste and family friendly, and last but not least, competitive price

Enjoying eat and family time is very comfortable here

The toilet is also clean and dry, 8 out of 10. One condition : please repair toilet sinkhole, as it emited bad smell while using the toilet

We almost always came to Hanamasa restaurants, especially, if we had empty stomach and wanted to eat together lots of varieties of food. We would reserve the table in advance to make sure we could straight away take the food, cook (grill or boil) and eat. We didn’t order additional food on their list, just the buffet. What were on the display were already plenty to choose. We liked the tom yum and miso soups for the shabu shabu. For the grill, we liked the meats, prawns and calamary cuts.

Nice place to have a family dinner. Friendly and helpful staff who are quick on their feet. The meat and other dishes served are really delicious and the seat arrangement is quite comfortable.

Suitable for people who really like to eat meats and big portions eating. You can take all the food repeatedly if your stomach still strong enough to hold it. Free refill for drinks, foods, and desserts. Especially for Hanamasa in Bogor, the shabu soup is served in individual portion, little different from Hanamasa in Jakarta

The food was good. But the Covid 19 safety rules were not followed accordingly. If you forget to wear the plastic gloves or mask when you're taking the food from the islands, you will got scold. But, if you're sitting with friends with over than 3 people, the manager will pretend to be blind and won't scold you at all. To be exact, there's about 8 people on the same table for about 15-20 minutes, laughing out loud and screaming, disturbing other people eating food and not following the physical distancing at all. They weren't wearing their masks although they already finished eating their meals there.

all you can eat japanese resto, nice place, great service.

It is an all you can eat restaurant, but most of the food is need to be cooked first with griller or pan. The place is neat, it is under a hotel. Medium parking space.
