Although it is called a Hostel it is actually a big house. There are three bathrooms (all shared) and all of which are very clean. Ika is an amazing cook and provides a delicious local breakfast each day (which was included with the room). She also offered to cook dinner for us on some nights which was so delicious, and saved having to go out in the rain. Though she tried to insist otherwise, we paid a small amount for the dinners. I very highly recommend this place for somewhere to stay in Bogor. It's a great place to meet fellow travelers and an amazing place to experience west Javan generosity

Wonderful hospitality by the family that owns it. They are not only hospitable but the rooms and house itself is very cozy. Males you feel like you are at home. The rooms are clean, basic but the house itself is beautiful as is the neighborhood. The location is quite strategic, there are lots of ways to get around town from here.

My father and I spent two days at this hostel, no words can describe the hospitality from this ibu and her staff. Super clean, very helpful and kind. Hospitality extended beyond expectation! Definitely recommend anyone who visits Java to go to Hostel Bogor after you land in Jakarta to get used to the weather.

a very homey atmosphere run by a family. Breakfast included and actually a bathtub for use. Easy to meet other guests as the place is a family home converted to guest rooms and a family style dining area. A fly was buzzing in my ear the entire night, but other than that it was a secure and warm place. The drive to the bus station was pricey - the driver provided by owner dishonestly took more money by not giving me accurate change.

This is an amazing place! Room is nice and comfortable with fan, but you can choose with aircon if you want. The entire house is beautiful, clean and modern. There are two bathrooms downstairs, and one upstairs all with hot shower and one with a bath. Nice outside sitting area. Breakfast is available, but you can use the kitchen and make your own dishes. Miss Ika is so nice, she speaks english well also the other lady who is helping her. They keep the place well organized, you can also do your laundry with the daily wash for free of charge. Miss Ika helped us a lot when we had to go to the police station due to my partner losing his phone on a day trip, she drove us there and helped to solve our issue. Very very nice people. Highly recommend staying here.

Price are the cheapest untill now in bogor area, room is without air conditioner if want to use then must pay more. Clean n tidy house, owners are hospitality and welcome, feels like home. Showers stuffs like soap, shampoo are famous brand. The Weather and water are cool n fresh, suitable for foreigners and for only night sleeping, breakfast is poor without meat. But it's fine.

Staying in this homestay is like home .. Ika u0026 her husband are very extremely friendly and helpful always trying to make travelers feeling comfortable and chatting with everybody giving a lot of information about Bogor and around .. The hostel is a little bit away from the center but for me wasn't a problem at all .. taking mini green bus (angkot) #8 nearby the hostel or #9 from the main road near the Azra Hospital and you are in the center in less than 7 min ... PS. Damri bus from/to botani square to Jakarta airport teaveling every 30 min.. conclusion is highly recommended. . Travel safe
