I stayed on 27 to 28th of October 2020. The hotel services was really bad. The TV cable does not work, but none of information was given about that during the check in. The air conditioner in my room was indeed noisy, giving disturbing sound especially while sleeping, and the lamps in the room not all were properly functioned. Overall the hotel is not really recommended during your stay, either on business trip or for vacation. Bad services, Bad human resources in receptionist to serve. Double Thumbs down.

Nice hotel. The room is comfortable enough, but my room (number 310) was rather hot, because the air conditioning always stop working. I don't know why. I had called front desk and they had sent someone, but he can't solve the problem. But the location of the hotel is good. It's easy to find food. You also could find a cake shop near the hotel.

The room is dirty, the floor, the bedcover,the refrigerator.. The room condition is really need maintenance due many details broken not only for the floor and the wall in guest room, but also the reception table and lamp decoration condition are poor. I have to call the housekeeping to re-groom the floor once i enter the room. The house keeping and reception quiet friendly but I think they do need more training for this job. The swimming pool is dirty, smeelyu0026 no towel station. And for your info, i have to wait until 5.30 pm for the towel due there are no towel available in the bath room. This hotel is not ready and not well prepared during peak season. Rating for this hotel is 5 from 10.
