The zoo has a good vision but lacks regular maintainance. If they invest in a better playground set, remove/replace old garden chairs, and keep all the paths cleared and clean, we might come more often. Lots of potential here.

Bogor minizoo is located inside the forest resort hotel. It's quite challenging to walk from the parking lot to the zoo entrance.

This place is very hot in the morning especially at noon so don't forget your hat, sunnies or perhaps umbrella.

The ticket price is 35.000 rupiahs. But if stayed at the hotel you could enter for free. They sell carrots for the animal feeding at the ticket box. One pack of carrots cost 5.000 rupiahs.

Inside, you would see a lot of animals in their cages.but, you would also see some little lambs walking around this area waiting for you to feed them.
There are cows, deers, horses, ponies, birds, rabbits, turkey, peacock and many more.

There is also a small playground inside.
Overall, this place is nice for your kids to explore.

2021, very poorly maintained, i paid @Rp25000 for entrance, even though i stayed at the hotel... Well, i guess the pandemic hit this place hard

Quite nice little zoo actually but the place bit undermaintenance. They have little crocodile and can take photo for free

Not crowded, can see farm animal, the area is not too broad, short distance walking, suit for toddler, they are not too tired of walking

Kiddos will love this place. Nice, fresh air, and healthy animal. They can come and get an adventure here. An umbrella, hat, bottle with mineral water, and snacks are required to bring as no shop available at this place.
