BGF now is very good. It is clean and covenience. The food is good. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Always love to come here. But please can you upgrade your kids zone? The slide and rocking horse are all broken. Thankyou

Room need more improvement, no minibar and bed sheet need larger size, the good thing is mini zoo for kids activity, and caffe also good and reasonable price, overall is nice trip to this hotel, will coming back for sure.

Easy to get to the hotel from bogor train station with a grab..Nice hotel with mountain view..nothing to complain..i came for a rest ..and really help me alot from getting out of the city...mini zoo is not properly managed and the animals too need to be taken care...there is no gym and sauna..i think we need this as a facility..thank you for a great 2 nites stay.

Located near of downtown of bogor with we dont expect that what we get. With higher view we can see cityview or citylight and of course big mountaint of pangrango.

Min.. Need advance driving to get here with narrow and up and down. But dont worries... Its a short

The room is quite clean, but big no no with the breakfast, no appetite to it, no taste, late serve, not clean breakfast area. It seems that the hotel staffs are not ready for the peak seasson.

So many improvement needed to this facility.

The Bogor Mini Zoo is the added value of this hotel, however, it strongly suggested to improve to be more attractive and clean.

Check in process also need to be improved, we wait for 2 hours to be callled for checked in.

Hopefully, the hotel managements could listen to the customer voices and improve. Hence, the experience while stay in this hotel will be better and exellence.

Road access to the hotel is very small, crowded, and far from the city center. but paid off with the coolness and view of the city at night, the room, and the food. Bogor mini zoo is located inside the hotel and the hotel guest just only paid Rp.25.000 for 5 guest (1 car), which is usually 25.000 for 1 person of visitor. The zoo was neglected due to pandemic, we were sad to see the animal there. Hopefully the management can rebuild the area

The scenery from the room is very great, the room is spacy, parking lot is big but bit far if parking at behind the hotel. Waiting time for lift is longer if the hotel is crowded.
