I ordered takeaway and i saw its 16.45, i only ordered two chicken and a rice, simple not too complicated orders but at 17.00 i asked where is my order, turns out the kitchen staff didn't received it. The cashier didnt say a word to me and he quickly recheck and let the kitchen staff prepares it. Fast forward 17.15, still no signs of my order. Then i stand near the kitchen, with angry eyes. They prepare and hurry it up, i got it 3 mins later. The staff gave the order without saying sorry after i told her it took really long time, 30min!! This is what i afraid when order take away here, i can understand if cooking tempe mendoan took long, but ayam geprek for 30min, its outrageous and its not once but couple times. TIP for takeaway, dont sit, stand near the kitchen so they know you are waiting them!! Ordering system need to improve and staff need to aware of their customers waiting. Sorry but this is 1 star from me.

1st time to this place, and so surprise that the taste so great with affortable price. No wonder they have alots of customer and mostly are customer with their family.
Its worth to put on your list resto in bogor.

Great place for dining in with family or friends. Famous for its chicken menu and ribs menu.

The best ayam geprek in town, should try ayam pencok it's very spicy and tasty, you can taste traditional touch in it. Genjer Ebi is the one of a kind, just cant get enough ???? But the great food not equal with the service???? The waitress seems bored, not focus, not friendly maybe it's because already late when I came to the resto (8 PM). Still, its something the management need to think about so they can improved

I'm from Malaysia but here is my favourite place to eat everytime I come down to Jakarta. I dont mind spending time to come over to Bogor by train just to have the Otak-Otak u0026 the Bakwan Jagung. I came here for the sake of having these both dishes!! Tasty u0026 superb!!!

Delicious meals at very reasonable price! The food was served promptly but somehow some items are missing that we need to remind the servers.

Even though its has a nice place and food delicious too, but it has pretty small portions with that kind a price.
