It was a British Bencoolen governor house where the British governors including Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles (the founder of Singapore) used to live, but now this colonial building is reused as the official house of the governor of Bengkulu province. Visitors need to get permission from the guard to get in. Visitors are allowed to feed the deers at the front yard, get the food for the deers from the street vendors. #LetsGuide #Britishcolonialbuilding

They have a lots of deer in the yard, that is fun for kids. But the building itself seems need a lot of renovation
