We came here for enjoying Bengkulu coffee while having a casual meeting. The place was cozy, spacious, not too crowded. The menu choices are varied: pizza, pancake, Indonesian and Western. I had black coffee and ice cream pancake, and they were mantepp and delicious! We sat inside. But you can sit outside as well. So, this is the perfect place to sit back and hangout with your partner or friends

Locate across British Cemetery. Have a vintage atmosphere, with a lot old photographs of old Bengkulu hanging on the wall.
At first, i thought this cafe would have expensive price charging for the food. But, i was wrong. For the taste and quality of the food, i say the price is cheap.
Their good, polite, and exellent waiter/ress, ready to recommends the house speciality.

This was my second time in this restaurant in Bengkulu. Both times the service has been excellent as has the food. They are a coffee house so their specialty is coffee, both hot and cold with a very good selection of both. They have a good menu of both Indonesian and western food with a touch on German sausages. The food was excellent, my western dish was excellent and my Indonesian friend said likewise of his Indonesian food. Great ambiance, very low key with indoor and outdoor seating. I will most definitely return while in Bengkulu. A must to visit if you are a local or a visitor !

Bencoolen Coffee House is located at Jitra, right accross a historical herritage called Makam Inggris ( The British Cemetary). The caffee's building itself has a typical old house style.
You can choose indoor or outdoor seating with a nice ambiance. I
personally like the outdoor space.

This place serves pizza, burger, coffee, fried rice and some western desserts like apple pie, lava cake, carrot cake, erc. My recommendations are the pizzas and burgers.

The food and beverage are good. The place is clean and nice. It has outdoor and indoor tables. The chicken burger, beef burger, pizza, cheese cake, u0026 lava cake are very recommended. This place sells local coffee bean too! And beer as well.
