Very bad registration process, especially for the dental. You need to provide antigen test result which could apply for 7 days, but because of limited seat, you won't be able to register within a week. So, additional antigen test will be required for the following weeks because you have passed 7 days.

Since changed management from Awal Bros to Primaya the services became worst than ever. The only good thing in this Hospital is the security officer. There are few nurse that being nicely to patients and seems untrained what a nurse should do. The waiting time for payment (insurance and personal) took a long time, and for the medicine from the pharmacy bad as well, sometimes the pharmacist just chit chat each other and doing nothing. Some doctor the Doctor on Duty also under skilled and not understand how to treat a patient.

Got teeth surgical here last week by online appointment (just find WA number on their website). The doctor did very fast with no pain at all. The nurses were really cheerful and informative. Ps. If you want to get teeth surgical, it will be good if you got an antigen test before seeing the doctor.

The services is good.
But, the phone signal reception here is really BAD!. Comparing to other hospital, they dont provide free WIFI. it is so dissapointed.

Professional doctors and helpful nurses. Complete with a 24/7 canteen for those accompanying the patients. But if you're a BPJS holder, do not forget to bring your gadget and snacks to kill time.

Awal Bros Bekasi Hospital is located in strategic location at Jl Kh Noer Ali or Kalimalang. Surriund by mall, offices buildings, apartments and housing complex. The hospital has compulsory medication tools and the doctors are qualified.

Professional doctors and helpful nurses. All staff have a very good attitude. Even the hospital have a 24/7 canteen for those accompanying the patients.
