Visited this place to issue an RMA regarding about display and software problems on my gaming notebook, since the warranty still in effect. The staff is really informative and understandable, as long as you can explain the problems and show some documents (in my case, it's serial number and ID card). Will come to this place again after approx. 5 days after my last visit.
Update: revisited this place several weeks ago, and everything went quite smoothly. My LCD panel got replaced by a new one, and the costs were covered by ASUS. For the experience, it's still the same: the staff were nice, informative and whatnot. Might be visiting this place again to upgrade my laptop's system specs.
