Yes this is a crowded place with customers dine in or take away come and go perhaps the staff just got so busy. Cleanliness isn't something that you can find here whether it's their outdoor seating or indoor. Table is still dirty, not to mention under the table where used tissues thrown away.
The food overall is okay, I tried level 10 paket nasi geprek. the chicken is big and tender.
The place is easy to spot from the street with big signs and their lamps at night is quite bright

the service here was awful. the cashier literally ignored me and talked to her partner instead of asking me what to order even tho she saw me coming AND there's literally no people there. and when I finally ordered my food the cashier didn't even say anything when she was giving me the receipt, I was expecting for a simple thank you but instead she rudely threw the receipt and didn't say a word. and THEY STILL CONTINUE TALKING INSTEAD OF PREPARING FOR MY FOOD. the place is also dirty as hell

awfull service!! i waited for an hour! they told me it's still process due to full order but we are the only one ordering!!

Its fine for the service but there's something that people dont know about it, my friends got stole her purse in that place by the waiter.
I just want people to know the negative side

The cheese so melting, love it.. But the taste for me need more salt, so the taste will be more tasty

The place is too small to handle the crowd. The taste was actually average, but it's ok.
