Based on location its strategic, and for the staff really friendly and also helpful. Room is quite enough around 25mtr. Food from restaurant such as sandwich, oreo milkshake and chicken soup is nice. Breakfast menu is a lot of choice . Minus for the breakfast menu is not too salty, but its ok for me. Really nice hotel for families. Next will stay again for staycation with my fams.

Here are my review for the hotel during 19-20 June 2022 stay.

In general, quite satisfied with the hotel's services, but there are some things that can still be improved for this 4-star hotel.

1. The location of the motorbike parking is far from the lobby, including entrance discrimination that does not allow motorbikes to enter the same lane as the car. The car park area is much wider but very much quiet, there are still spaces! While the motorbike area is narrow, the lane also narrow (you think the width of the motorbike is as wide as a bike?) which is it's hard to make turns. In addition, the lighting at night time was also very bad, the road was so dark due to the lights were dim.

2. Sign of locations and directions is less informative. From the parking location to the lobby there are no clear instructions which way to go. Almost went wrong to enter the Santika Club which is a swimming pool u0026 fitness area. In addition, the security guard is also more busy with his cellphone than giving information to passing guests. The location to enter the lobby from the B1 floor is also unclear, the entrance has no sign, there are no officers/staff standing by at that time. At least give a clear board/information!

3. The lobby staff either forgot or it was not in the SOP, missed not giving a stamp for the guest vehicle parking ticket. Twice out of the hotel looking for dinner, got a parking fee that was charged hourly, even though a hotel guest. The parking attendant also doesn't want to know that without a hotel stamp, it means that you have to pay. :)

4. The condition of the room is very comfortable, clean and when you enter the room it is immediately cool. Only the internet signal is bad, not suitable for work that requires a stable internet connection. Apart from disconnecting, the speed is also slow. In the end, relying on tethering from own device.

5. Breakfast food is plentiful and sufficient. For some people who consider taste, it's better to choose a package to stay without breakfast.

The only good things beside the room is the spacious pool. Enjoyed swimming there.

So for the score, i give 4 star, same as the hotel's 4-star.

Room is neat and cozy. Very nice place to stay. Breakfast menus are really nice.

I choose this hotel is jus because near to ky house. I had been stayed here for several times. And the breakfast was never good. Even now is getting worst, especially the variation. 8 o’clock ran out of stock and we had to wait about 20 mnts refilled. The staffs were friendly enough but they’ll be changed a lot when it’s fully loaded of guests as well. They didnt ready receiving complaints ; extra bed without pillow, no refilling towel at the pool, and this is the worst part : i stayed 3d2n and every 8.00 pm - 5.00 am i felt disturbed by any sounds around room like a staf cleaning room (desk and chairs scratched) but when i complained, the receptionist didnt appologize first but dodging. They said that theyd been checking it twice and there werent nothing, while it was clearly sound loud even my mates all clearly heard. Overal, i mark 1 star so that this “premiere 4 stars hotel” can improve itself much better.

One of my favorite hotel, but due to pandemi some area became poor of maintenance, the pool toilet is so dirty, flush not working, doors broken, carpet need change, grass grows everywhere, hope the hotel can fix those asap.

Checking in smoothly assisted by Reception, Mr. Yogi, was assigned to 7th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hot water in shower takes a little amount of time to flow from cold to hot. Breakfast was good, nothing out of ordinary, every staff at the Restaurant are being helpful and warm. There are some parts of the building could use of further maintenance.
Located strategically inside Harapan Indah, a city inside a city of West Bekasi area, and surrounded by shopping district, near to Hospitals as well.

Hotel is not kept up well. Towels that should be white have a yellow tinge to them. Carpets are seperating and fraying. Wall outlets are only the local style, so bring an adapter.
