It's a good hotel with decent room size and facilities, located near the city center of Bekasi. The exterior may not look attractive and more like a usual apartment, but the interiors are modern, neat, and clean. The key card is used to access the lift and enter the room. There are bag and clothing storage, safe box, compact desk, chair, LED TV, bedside table, and telephone. The bathroom is modern and complete. The foods are varied and tasty, too. A nice experience staying here.

I have booked a room with breakfast facility on this hotel on three weeks before I checked in. The receptionist told us that there is no more room left, except the smoking room. With a very disappointed feeling, I and my family stayed there for one night. What a very bad experience. I am truly disappointed. The hotel is not well-prepared.

The breakfast is enough, the cleanliness is good. But I can't stand staying in a smoking room. To management: your room management is very awful.

Good price hotel, service is good. Friendly staff.
Parking area is confusing and no clear direction to find the entrance at basement.
Swimming pool integrated with apartment management, and noo towel provided. So don't forget to bring towel from your room.

Modern minimalist room. So so services (can't expect much from a budget hotel). Nice bathroom. The parking lot were lack of signage u0026 quite smelly. Breakfast were above our expectation.

We stayed with our son for the whole month during our summer holiday July-August 2018..in the non smoking room at the 10th floor.
The staff are very helpful and very friendly.
The breakfast buffet is the best, tasty food, with variety menu change on daily basis.
The staff in the restaurant included the chefs are all fantastic,very polite..helpful.. smile always.
The Room is spacey, with the bed quite comfortable.
The Front desk staff all are doing well, helpful,to assure the service well to customers.
Surround inside-out hotel is clean.
Very reasonable price include breakfast.
Keep it up in a good standard.
(WiFi works well inside hotel, it would be nice to have a mini fridge and making tea+coffee +mini kettle in the room).
We will definitely be back in this hotel.. everytime we are in Jakarta.
The hotel is very close to many Malls and to access Tol towards inward Jakarta and out Jakarta.

We stayed again here 30/01-28/02/2019.
The same services, all the usual staff were so polite and helpful.
The Housekeeping staff cleaned the room/changed bed linen nicely done. Breakfast was fantastic, included the young trainees..were serving well.
Wi-fi was available and a good reception.
Everytime we stay here, just feel like at home.. quite pleasant.

Thank you again and keep it up with a good service.
We will be come back soon, Godwill/Insya Allah.

A good, hospitable budget hotel for the family. The room is not too cramped and is adorned with suficcient amenities.
Close to few shopping centers and there is a convenient store (Alfamart) at the lobby.
I stayed with my husband and my two sons. We had a good stay. Thanks, Fave Hotel Bekasi!
