My first time staying here for 3 days. The room was quite small, the AC wasn't cold enough and it was leaking, there were no electronic kettles like hotels should provide and the floors were dusty, I guess the employees never clean the rooms (?) and the room service took a long time to come. The shower wasn't kicked, it took 15 minutes to have a hot water. The bathroom was too narrow and small so it made flood the bathroom because the drain was behind the potty.
The receptionist did not stay on the spot. At that time I called to deliver the tissue 5 times and they weren't picked it up, when I went to check out from this hotel, the receptionist ALSO not stood in the place where she/he should be. Isn't this hotel afraid of being stolen if there were a bad occupants who steal something?
The breakfast menu was just ordinary, cold, and not variation every day. Indeed, we still currently in a pandemic era so everything in this hotel completely poured out by the waiter. It's just that they left the menu stand so if one was busy, the others went somewhere even though there were a lot of guests staying there and even the receptionist intervenes too.
My advice are, first, the management would like to improve the quality of the rooms from the facilities, for example repairing air conditioners, bathrooms plus curtains so that the water doesn't flood, adding a hairdryer, electronic kettles for cooking hot water. Second, please hire more employees so that they do not work tightly. If possible, the receptionist department should put two people in the day shift. The last, if possible, maybe you could consider the breakfast menu to be more various than before so it won’t look monotonous and always use a pot that has a heater on it to keep the food fresh and warm.
