Our stay at Villa So Long was exceptional.
We were arrived at Villa So Long, almost around at 8pm. Luckily, I called to Villa So Long to check the restaurant as we were so hungry after driving from Surabaya and we've got to know that the Restaurant will be closed at 9 pm. I really appreciate that the receptionist- Ms Ika has prepared the key and documents that I need to signed, hence it was taking approximately 5 minutes only for the check in process.
Restaurant
We immediately ordered some dishes from the menu, we decided to have capcay, fu yung hai, bakmi goreng u0026 udang bakar and hot tea.
All the dishes that we've ordered were cooked fresh by the chef and the taste were delicious.
The next morning, we also happy with the breakfast, I may say, it's quiet complete selections. You can find nasi putih, nasi goreng, bihun/ mie goreng, sausage, soto, chicken porridge, cereal, toast u0026 any kind of eggs from the egg station. For beverages: coffe, tea, milk, juice u0026 water. The breakfast start at 7 AM.
The dining room's design were nice and it has open air circulation.
Room
We stayed at deluxe room u0026 we were happy with the accommodation. The room and its bathroom are quiet spacious, with 1 large bed and 4 pillows, desk, tv, long bench (where you can put your bags), phone (to contact receptionist/ resto/ security).
All equipment in the room and bathroom were well functioning. Lamp, exhaust, hot/ cold water for shower, toilet flush.
The deluxe room also completed with room amenities such as kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, glass u0026 mug also bathroom toiletries.
Facility
Villa So Long has a lawn with direct view to ocean, where you can enjoying the view of Bali Island. You may enjoy fresh air all the time (especially in the morning while watching the sunrise) or relaxing while enjoying a cup of cappuccino when sunset's time.
I think they also have Yoga Class in Sunday morning.
You can also enjoying pool which located next to the beach.
I only have some input for Villa So Long:
1. Please restrict smoke inside the Villa facility. It's really bothering people who wants to enjoy the fresh air around the lawn, pool and dining area.
2. Would be nice if there's SPA facility.
Overall experiences were great at Villa So Long. It's clean, it was not crowded, fresh air, very nice ambiance, delicious food and beverages, effective process of check in and check out, all the villa staffs were friendly and helpful.
Really appreciate Ms Ika who assist us from beginning, informing availability and price, check in and helping us finding available room as we wanted to extend our stay :-)
