Room is good. Maybe need extra amenities for bathroom will be great. The staff should be more friendly

The hotel itself is ok... unfortunately the lack of cleaning and maintenance had let it run out quite bad. The smell of urine was so strong that was constantly going inside the room. The bed is clearly in need of replacement asap. Not a good choice if you have to drive the next morning.
The added * is for the low price we paid.

Great and cheap hotel that located in heart of banyuwangi city. Must try for budget traveler that want clean and comfort place to sleep

Good sevice from receptionis u0026 bell boy, very helpful. Willing to carry the bag to the room u0026 quick respon.
But it is not flexible to late check out. We have to pay Rp.50.000 if we ask for late check out (1 hour)

They have completely different pictures for each cagetory of rooms on booking com and when you show them you booked a different room, they tell you it’s a fault lf booking.com and they can’t do anything about it and give me the room I booked. Ridiculous. Especially at 2:30am when nobody is there to occupy the room from the pictures anyways. I told them to cancel my reservation then if they don’t hold up to their mistake and instead of confirmation i hear them playing shooting game..

First place I stayed at without a sink. Room was full of ants. WIFI super slow. But what do you expect for that price?

The staffs are nice and hospitable, even they accepted us when we arrived at 2.00 a.m. Clean and new property, comfortable bed.No wash basin, but that's not too disturbing.
