Not bad for the price, the air-conditioning not cold as the bamboo wall does not keep the air, but the room temperature is ok. The water heater is a little but tricky. Turn it to around 5 o'clock, pull up.Keep patience wait for 3 minutes then the warm water will be served. The breakfast is just the fried rice not include the drink. Need to pay extra for that.

the worst experience ever!!!
Don't even think about to go!!
We got sexual harassment by Indonesian.

1. never contact with a problem upon or before arrive.
When I changed my booking(3nights before), I was calling them to change my bed(double to twin) said yes without any explanation. I was trying to check in yesterday, suddenly going to the travel office with same name(Java Sunrise). on that day in the morning, there is a problem with water, so, need to change my hotel. I already booked through Traveloka with my contact number but I didn't get notting. We were exhausted before Bromo tour so, the room condition was not okay(small house homestay), we accepted.

2. no twin beds, give extra bed.
There's no excuse about it. when we and manager(named Coco) are arguing, he was upset to explain. no chance. we couldn't sleep at all.

3. no includes options except breakfast(we offer)
we had a plan to Ijen tour the night, so we need shower. there's no mention at all. Our booking condition is under free wi-fi, breakfast, hot shower. notting except breakfast, that was also we asked.(the onwer didn't know about this)

4. wasted our time too much.
there's no one to be able to speak English so, we have troubled to the bus to get to Bali.(we said 10:30, but the bus is coming 11:10. Even Travel agency staff coming to our homestay over 10:30, 10 min wait more). our gentle house onwer to be upset that late, drive was upset to us it's not private bus. When we booked out bus to Bali, just explained "there is an air conditioning bus to go Denpasar" it's a loca Damri bus(which you can see many cockroaches). Never explain what time will be or the other option we could do.

I explained that I need to catch the flight from Bali to another country. I don't want to be rush. In this condition, never see the manager Coco after the night. Horrible experience in Karangkasem I won't come back again.

Really nice place to stay, miles better than the homestays near the station. Although for some reason the dorm beds don't come with a blanket, only the rooms

Quite and nice place to sleep, the location is near to go to other places in banyuwangi, many option foods you can buy near the homestay and the all staff is so nice and kind. Best homestay
