Enjoy to Mount Ijen with Organizer.

This is a must see if you are in the area or planning a trip to East Java Indonesia. But be prepared, this is not an easy “little hike”.
The hike up to see the crater is not technically difficult but steep. Once at the top you will have to climb down inside the crater to see the blue flame. It' s a long way down and a bit more technical.

Once at the bottom you will see the blue flame. The climb back out of the crater was made difficult by the hundreds of people still coming down. Yes, this is not an “exclusive” experience.

The climb to the Ijen crater was crowded on Saturday morning, but our guide, Mr. Sugeng made me feel safe and guided me while holding the stone and following his steps.

It's not as bad as I expected, it feels safe because the stone stairs are quite stable and dry, it's better to have good hiking shoes.

Sugeng is a former sulfur miner 10 years and stopped about a year ago when he got older. He became a guide and spoke simple English to help tourists better appreciate the workforce of these miners. Pleasant personality.

3 hours walk from Paltuding I was treated to a variety of plants, the valley is truly magnificent. Too bad I couldn't see the Blue Flame because of the natural weather and the group left in the morning.

Ijen Crater is indeed Beautiful.

We took a tour to Ijen with this company, everything was very organized. Our guide, Mr. Wahyu was very good, especially because of his English accent, and our driver escorted us very well.
We want to recommend this company to everyone!

Note: get a jacket because it will be very cold and windy above ijen. But the view is extraordinary

An impressive experience and definitely worth doing. We did not trek to the blue fire but walked during the day.

Especially people who carry yellow pieces up are very heavy and unhealthy jobs.

I applied for ijen trekking tour by google map message in the evening of the arrival day. The course is hotel pickup - ijen - Ketapang by private car. The guide is very knowledgeable and very helpful so I enjoyed in banyuwangi. Thanks for the great service and help.
