Great place to stay for backpackers. I like the woody accent, makes a homey vibe. Room was ok with enough electricity port. Mirror was placed too high, it’s unusable. Bathroom was a bit dark despite the lamp but clean enough. I like the arrangement of the terrace, it makes a great chatting and eating spot.

Really confused about this place. Not sure about who manages and what is going on there.
Bad points :
- they don’t know about your booking
- one bloke doesn’t know what is going on and looks lost (another one is really helpful but not always here)
- NO HOT WATER
- bathrooms look yurk ???? and one doesn’t close + one it’s hard to shower because the water pressure is bad
- no mosquito net on windows in the dorms
- BAD MATTRESS I got a bad backpain after the first night. Never happened before
- have to ask for toilet paper
- the window shutters of our double room didn’t close and like the is no window I had to tight the shutters by myself from inside with some rope to make sure my stuff will be safe.
- cannot rent a scooter
- small room and not dark at night cause hostel light

Good points :
- pretty good location
- not too close from muezzins
- good size of the pillow
- clean towel and bed sheets
- Clean room
- good price for room and food
- cheap volcano tour between 300 and 400k compare to all other places

Nice place with affordable price! I like the fresh air there, clean room, and comfortable bed. Also, food is yummy and cheap ????

I only stayed here for one night and I wish I could have stayed longer. The owners were extremely helpful, giving suggestions for my onward travels, and also very friendly, hanging out and chatting about their community and culture. The rest of the staff was very friendly and courteous. The dorm room and bathroom were nice and clean.

I highly recommend this hostel to anyone traveling through Banyuwangi!

Recommended homestay in Banyuwangi regency which near from the train station and the centre of city, it was 10 minutes driving. Friendly staffs and homely place. It's also near from Ijen Crater, just less an hour driving. Also there is Gama resto which provide us breakfast, lunch or dinner. And the most important thing is the price was reasonable. Nice????????

great hostel! very suitable for backpackers like me
the place is very comfortable and also in the middle of the city, close to stations, terminals, malls, etc.
and the staff here are very kind and friendly, they helped me explore the Banyuwangi
