This might be a good hotel if u search for place to hide with your significant other.

The room was so bad, stain everywhere
The service is i don't know if there's housekeeping or no
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

I prefer you to not stay in this hotel unless it's emergency

Hi readers! This Hotel, OMG! So sorry Zodiak, your hotel is super duper Nasty ????. From dirty Pillows, duvets, blanket, floor at the bed. Not to mention the wet, dirty, and moldy bathroom with not functioning closet flusher, and sprinkle. We spent 250k++ for nothing. We end up leaving the room without occupied. But the staff was really friendly, helpful, and kind. Such a waste of Human Resource for that kind of Hotel. I know I should not expect anything from 250k, but i think OYO Hotel, or cheap appartment was better then this. Think again guys! Better spending 50-100k more to get a better place to stay. I drop the picture of the bedroom, bathroom, and floor also to help you! Thanks!

When im go inside the room is stink! The toilet door cant be closed. There's no hot water! The bed is dirty!

Not really good experience there!
The price they offered isn't expected like it should be!

Hope they're change the service and all of that

It certainly isn't a hotel for children. Unless if you don't care about the surrounding then it might be okay. Room I was in was actually quite spacious. But it was kind of dirty, my sister's and my feet got dirty after stepping into the room. Also the toilet was weird and kind of smell like mold(?) and the water sprinkler wasn't working properly. The amenities weren't complete, all I got just towel and body wash/shampoo and no other. No water heater. Well I got it around 230k though so who am I to expect? Staffs were quite helpful though so it wasn't all bad experiences.

Would I come back? Absolutely not. I would rather pay a little bit more to have decent ones nearby.

I think its the worst i ever had, the room and toilet so dirty. Room smell not good. Poor signal,closet cannot flush, air conditioning not working well. For me its the first and the last. Its really bad experience..

this was my second booked on Oct 2nd-4th, 2021 (after Serela waringin Sep 19th-20th, 2021). both of them, i booked via tiket,com .
both are no better at all and the worst!!
definitely my last booked at kagum hotel management!!
Very gross!! Sheets , duvets, ACs, glasses, electric kettle. kind of living at abandon hotel room. i even got nasi bungkus for breakfast.
totally disaster!!

Quite horrid experience with the place. The staff are great though, fast response to my complain about the shower (the water doesn't came out).
The bed sheet is a bit dirty, the pillow sheet is dirty as well, and the toilet is claustrophobic to say the least.
