Nice hotel with strategic location. We could get foods n snacks just a walking distance away. Many restaurants, cafes n food stalls around the hotel. We stayed at the Family Room (Suite) which was very spacious n comfy. Good services from the security persons n staffs. The breakfast was quite decent. The swimming pool is not that big but still ok.

We arrived at 12 and asked whether we can have early check in. I saw so many messy room without no one cleaning the room.
We kept waiting til 2 pm, and they only give us 1 room ( we reserve 2 room) and we still need to wait another hour for it. We kept asking all the time.

Their plumbing also matter, the water flows from the bathroom to the room. The light also too dark for us.

And they dont have any restaurant, so dont expect u will have breakfast there.

Deluxe room is relatively small although still cozy and comfortable. There was a problem with our room key card so they gave us an old fashioned key for our room. Walls are pretty thin so you get a lot of noise from people or kids running around early in the morning. Breakfast is pretty standard although it's quite varied. Car park is sufficient and. Staff are very friendly and nice. Kartika Sari is within walking distance from the hotel, quite handy for people who are looking for last minute "oleh2".

Great hotel, comfortable place, almost complete facility with cafe, pool and elevator. The breakfast menu has good choice and tasty, strategic area located in the center of city, but parking area is little bit small. The price is quite affordable.

Hotel is clean enough, I like the design concept, and the facilities are ok. The price is cheap as well. However, the rooms are not equal. I got a spacious room whole my friend's room is really cramped (and we paid the same amount)
