The pictures showed online was not accurate to how the room actually looked like. The cleanliness of the room was bad. Maintenance was bad. The pillow and towel were yellow. The staffs was really nice but sorry the overall experience was so bad that I rather forego the two nights that I have paid ($52 via agoda) and changed to another hotel instead.

Just bad hotel, the room is bad, different from the picture online. The bathroom is especially the worst, its look like public bathroom, and also smells bad. Not worthy even just stay for a few hours for sleeping and waiting train the next morning

First room feels very humid and dusty without any window, changed to second room with window and it smells of cigarette

Turns out they didnt clear the trash can and its filled with cigar and other trash from dunno when!

Restroom is a disaster, definitely needs a total repolishing and reconditioning badly

The hotel management have to improve their cleanliness quality. When I enter the room, so many little cockroaches on the wall, the toilet tap is broken, and the room is dusty (I'm allergic and it's quite annoying to me to sneeze right after I step entering the room). The room is actually spacious for a budget hotel size, with some improvement, this hotel's gonna be a good place to choose, not only a "girl next door" hotel type.

I can walk from Stasiun Bandung or take an Ojek, and there are many food stall near the hotel. This hotel has a big potential as a budget hotel for backpacker within this strategic location, but somehow they didn't manage it well..

The sheets were dirty - covered in stains and hairs, and it smelled like musty cigarettes. If they could get these basics right then it would be quite a good budget option but they failed on the most fundamental things

I write wrong zodiak hotel when I order food in shoope. And I just realize if this zodiak hotel is different from where my family stay. But unfortunately the front officer give my order to another person from this hotel. I just feel disapointed and they make me wait for long time to find the wrong person. How can they give it to some one without asking their name first ????

The room is so dirty and dusty. Not as good as seen on picture. The bathroom also dirty, towels so gross. Not recommended for this price. Bad experience here
