Spots Mandarin Restaurant while passing by Kebon Kawung street, and since I gonna go back to Jakarta by train and this restaurant located near train station, I decided to give it a try. As the banner said, this restaurant still servings since 1972, and come in top 3 while i'm googling "Chinese Food Bandung". I visited in lunch time and decided to order 3 dishes which are Sapi Cah Kailan (Sautéed Beef and Gai lan), Bistik Ayam Saus Mentega (Chinese Style Chicken Steak with Margarine Sauce) and Udang Gulung Ham (Shrimp and Ham Roll). In my opinion, Chinese Food in Bandung kinda soft and bland in seasoning if you guys compared it with Chinese Food in Jakarta (I loved punch in the seasoning forgive me that love MSG too much ????), so Mandarin Restaurant isn't really my style. But this restaurant foods and ambiance will totally bring back memories of childhood. Overall, for Mandarin Restaurant, i'm gonna rate them 4 out of 5.

I really dont think the food is worth the price. The hotplate kangkung is ok.
The capcaykuah 90 rb is normal, too expensive for me, but the soup is good cuz its really no oil at all.
The chicken mandarin 90rb has a small portion as well.

Pricey. Other food than kangkung hotplate and udang telor are so-so. Not special at all for 90k per portion

One of the best kangkung hot plate in bandung .... also their mandarin fried chicken is the best .....

Nasi Goreng Babi Lapciong the best. But in this place still deliver a "halal" foods
