We came with late check in. First impression is not nice, outside building is so dark. But eventually the bed room is ok and quite modern, althou so tiny. It is clean with plenty bright lighti ng. Breakfast also good. Parking behind is spacious. Location is edge of city, nothing outside hotel. Consider the hotel rate, I give 4star.

Hotel room just perfect, food also acceptable, but the swimming pool shall be cleaned everyday

As a hotel that has 4 *, it is not in accordance with the menu served for sahur.. fried vermicelli, tofu, chicken and vegetables... fruit is only local oranges.. for the service of bread and jam, it is not in accordance with the SOP.. without gloves when taking bread and spreading jam.. simple syrup doesn't have it, fresh milk if not asked is also not served.. doesn't match the 4*

Pools open until 14.00-17.00 PM only in the evening, what a silly rules!!!! Never ever had a hotel with a short opening hours!!!! Wont be back for sure. So upseting for the kids!

Affordable price. Nice view at pool. Well, nice view too at room, to the hills ⛰ which made our studystaycation feels good ????. We rent 4 rooms, each 2 rooms has connecting door. 1 room has a broken wallpaper, hopefully hotel will fix it to make guess feel more comfy.

Nice hotel…???????? The room was clean, the indoor AC was working well, the shower and hot water were working well and hot water was running even at midnight with a strong flow.

The breakfast were also excellent with a various kind of food from main dishes to several food stalls serving porridge, eggs, drink and also Indomie.

The parking lot is also spacious and safe, located at the rear side of the hotel building.

At Level 8 there is a sky deck just beside the swimming pool with astonishing view.

It was a pleasure to have some nights over at West Point Hotel.

The room smells of disinfectant and they dont bother to spray or add some room perfume.

I asked for a towel because there’s only one in the room but they didn’t give it, maybe it’s just pure human error they forgot.

The smoking area is located outdoor near the parking lot, kinda too far and bothersome for smokers.

The food is good. ????????

The best part about this hotel is the covid-19 health protocol, i have to admit they did a really good job.
