At Garuda street (official street name is Nurtanio), a small food seller at the corner of a building. Pempek Dempo sells Palembang style fish cakes, and ice creams. Taste is good, and the black vinegar dressing (cuka pempek) is tasty, not too sweet.
Price is quite cheap. Would order more when I visited the city again.
