Room and bathroom are excellent, clean, cozy, comfortable. Amenities are exceed expectation. Staff are very helpful. Concierge and club lounge staffs are amazing. Only 1 concern, the room seems is not soundproof enough. Traffic and some other kind sounds from outside sometimes a bit annoying. Overall excellent!

Great hotel for staycation with comfortable bed cozy room. It is Connected to a shopping mall so it is easy to find food and other things.

Ballroom is also nice. Swimming pool gives fun vibes. We did not try the food because we chose to eat out in many great restaurant in Bandung.

Comfy hotel, luxury with style, kids friendly, excellent and helpful services from hotel staff! Breakfast is delicious and have lot of choices. The pool with sand and kids club is very enjoyable for kids during our stay. Staycation in literally meaning, just stay at the hotel, our needs is easily provided by the trans studio mall located next to this hotel, just a few step to the mall! Unforgettable experiences staying in this hotel.

Staying in this hotel is an unforgettable moment on my visit to Bandung, 3-5 October 2018. It is connected to a shopping centre. It has a great meeting room that we attended, where the Governor of West Java is one of the speakers.
The staffs are friendly, rooms are clean, and the mattress is soft.

Excellent staff, great service, super comfortable room and facility. Integrated with one of the best mall in Bandung, where the mall is also integrated with the famous amusement park Trans Studio Bandung, there is also a grand mosque in the area that form a unique concept of a balance life style. Superb, what an experience..

Its a 5 stars hotel for a reason. If you have the budget, whether its for vacation or business, this is the go-to hotel. Its near the center of the city, its located just right-by a mall with amusement park in it. it has many ballrooms. Its a real all-in-one hotel. Totally worth it.

Breakfast was superb especially they served baskin robin ice cream though the taste was limited.
The had various menu, also sold jamu in the bottle.
Room was spacious, but the curtain cannot be fully closed don't know why.
Near with trans studio mall but not integrated, had to walk 2-3 minute from outside.
Kids club and the pool suitable for kids 5 years above.
